Hi, Tony is right, if you call Iomega support, explain the problem and let them know it happened after upgrading to Lion they will give you the upgrade.
Maybe you want some of those cloud features, or maybe you have a Mac with Lion, which apparently iomwga supported on the non-cloud models.
